Ingredients:
Two packets of mild (or hot) chili packets
Two lbs of ground beef (the higher the fat content the tastier it is, but you can use extra lean)
5-6 mini sweet peppers (or any kind of peppers you want) roughly chopped
Two onions chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz of tomato sauce
2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 can of tomato paste
1-3 cups of water (depends on how thick/thin you want it)
1. Brown the beef and drain.
2. In a large bowl, mix the chili packets, onions, salt/pepper, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, paste and water.
3. In a large crockpot, combine the meat and the bowl mixture. Thoroughly mix the meat and the bowl mixture.
4. Turn crockpot on low and let simmer for 8 – 12 hours.
